Week 13

Alex has had his eye on this one for some time. And I was only semi skeptical that we could do it since our other piece with buildings turned out well. There is a lot of DETAIL! Alex showed me a new technique for getting a really cool old world look with palette knife. You would be surprised how much of this is palette knife. 

Truly felt like we were painting street side with the rapid loose style of those radical impressionists who sat in coffee shops and painted the importance of everyday life - much to the dismay of the period classicists.
